Politicians' private lives should not be published in newspaper. To what extend do you agree or disagree?
The press has a particular interest in prominent politicians' personal activities, but this may cause health problems for them. Everyone has the right to live his or her personal life according to their own will, and political figures are no exception. Given that their typical jobs are already full of pressure, being constantly interrupted by paparazzi may create more stress on these leaders, resulting in serious health problems, such as anxiety, mental disorders, and or even dreadful heart attacks. For example, a governor in Vietnam had a heart attack and needed urgent treatment several months ago when he was reading fake news about his personal affairs.
When their personal issues are publicized, these public servants may lose concentration on their important duties. It is because they have to spend a significant amount of time and effort checking the information and solving related problems, especially when some individuals try to make up fake stories about their lives for bad purposes. This is illustrated in a recent report by The Global Economy News which stated that nearly 60% of politicians admitted that they needed their personal activities to be shuttered from the public eye so that they could feel safer and focus on their jobs.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that featuring political figures' private matters in papers should be controlled because it may have severe consequences on their health and divert them from conducting their duties.
