Well, it has been my habit to always consult Google whenever I need to know something because I believe that every answer to every question can be found online. Google Search provides various information like how-to articles or blogs to answer people’s queries.
A few weeks ago, I had a problem with my purchase on App store. To be precise, I bought an app which is called ELSA speak to improve my English pronunciation and speaking skill. It is an app based on Artificial Intelligence and the technology of Voice recognition to assist your learning like a virtual tutor.
After downloading and installing this app on my iPhone, it provided me two options: the 1st one is that I could buy the full lifetime access with 100 dollars, and the second is that I could try the app in 3 days and then paid 3 dollars per week. At first, I thought it would be great to try it first so I chose the 2nd option. However, after using for the first day, I was so satisfied and impressed with this app so I decided to purchase the full lifetime membership because it would be much more cost-effective in the long term.
When I tried to change my choice, I realized that I didn’t know how to do it, which was a real shame, to be honest. As a habit, I googled “how to change your purchase option in App store” and thousands of articles appeared on my computer screen. I picked one article which gave me step-by-step instructions and then followed them. Finally, I managed to change my purchase option successfully. It was quite easy and just took me a few minutes.
I felt over the moon because I could solve the problem easily. I also learnt a lesson that technology is so powerful, and if you can take advantage of it, you can find the answers for a large number of your questions in your daily life and work. I’m sure that in the future, if I have other problems with my phone, computer or any other area of my life, I will seek the help from the Internet and google first.
